On our site, 2 types of data are likely to be collected:

Data transmitted directly by the customer

This data is that which you send us directly, via a contact form, by direct contact by email, or when registering for our newsletter. The “Surname”, “First name” and “Email address” fields are compulsory on the contact form, and the “Title”, “Surname”, “First name”, “Email address”, “CV” and “Cover letter” fields are compulsory on the customer account creation form.
Please do not enter any confidential data in the “Message” field of the contact form.

 

Data collected automatically

During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect “web analytics” type information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.

 

Use of data

The data you send us directly is used for the following purposes:

  • Process your application for one of our job offers.

Automatically collected “web analytics” data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Matomo, and allows us to measure the audience of our website, consultations and any errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by C.Tech, which is responsible for data processing, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for purposes other than those detailed above.

 

Legal basis

Personal data is only collected with the compulsory consent of the user. This consent is validly obtained (buttons and tick boxes), free and clear.

 

Shelf life

The data required by C.Tech is kept for 1 year from the time it is retrieved.
